Senior Relationship Manager - NBFC

- Portfolio growth - Lead and direct the sourcing capital & structure financing customers to ensure the targeted growth of the portfolio

- Bottomline growth - Use appropriate pricing, fees etc. to maximize & grow margins

- Market Intelligence -Gather market intelligence towards evolving competitive business strategy, policies & processes

- Control NPA - Ensure quality of portfolio to control NPAs

- Stakeholder coordination &Process Adherence - Coordinate with stakeholder for efficient transaction processing; Ensure 100% adherence to organization processes/policies

- Will be responsible for handling mid and large market.
