Senior Relationship Manager (Mid Market)

(Secured/Unsecured Business Loan/Working Capital/Line Of Credit(Loc)/ Lap/Gcp /Construction Finance)

Position Based at: Bengaluru/Mumbai

Reporting to : Director-Investment Banking

Job Description :

- Support in deal origination, structuring, negotiation execution of transactions across Debt space.

- Identifying new clients who meet the Investment Bank's standards, including company analysis, assistance in developing credit requests, and achieving sanction by advocating the case in relevant committees.

- Deep network and established relationships with potential borrowers including Banks, (Private/PSU), NBFCs, Credit Funds, Special Situation Fund and FPIs

- Structuring credit facilities to ensure optimum balance between risk management, pricing and return on assets.

- Discovering & engaging in strategic and financial dialogues with prospective clients.

- Managing a team of 2 members who are jointly responsible for delivering given budgets.

- Maintaining strong coordination with all key partners to ensure close alignment, priority, and opportunity discovery throughout the target customer portfolio.

- Mitigating regulatory and compliance gaps in the process in line with defined guidelines.

- Supporting execution of complex transactions across all business functions.

- Building relationship with key clients, acquiring new client, ensuring their retention and repeat business generation, providing the best in class client services across multiple services.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Chartered Accountant/CFA/Management Degree from top MBA colleges.

- 7+ years of experience working in an Investment/Commercial Bank(Front office/Middle Office) or NBFC.
