Position Objective:
1) To get number of relevant Openings from Industry
2) To generate revenue through corporate training
Duties & Responsibilities / KRAs:
- Business Development (B2B)
- Interacting and exploring the possible opportunity of training & placement in an Organization in the defined territory
- Generate revenue by identifying new clients by offering Corporate Training Program
- Increase revenue from the existing accounts and maintain relationship
- Understanding the client requirement and customizing solutions accordingly
Responsible for revenue and margins
- Coordinate and manage logistics for corporate training programs
- Coordinate with the employers and centres to ensure flawless interview process
- Managing Partners in the respective region.
- Generating business through existing partners.
Alliances
- Get tie-ups done for pre-placement with various Organizations
- Generate Placement opportunities for candidates completing the programs
- Generate openings and ensure to place all the students completing programs
- Create and Conduct grooming sessions for the candidates in coordination with Student Service executives
- Coordinator ensure lining up of candidates for interviews scheduled by Employers.
- Maintain, Manage, Segregate & map existing available pool of candidates against particular job/ profile
- Managing Alumni Relationship and database
- Maintaining records of profiles and numbers placed
- Maintain relationship with existing accounts and explore opportunities of introducing new models or placing more students
