Responsible for entire market, oversees all activities for IFA's
Formulate sales strategy and develops sales forecast, budget and manpower plans for his team.
AUM-Achieving the AUM & sales targets and Increasing market share
Pursue major prospects and leads in major negotiations constructing appropriate terms of sales.
Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market.
Drive all business segments by diligent deployment of targets across segments.
Prospecting, selling & managing IFA's in the area.
Empanel & Activate IFA's by providing timely support on product and skill training.
Identification, Acquisition and development of new markets/ Business opportunity, Drive initiatives and campaign launched by Zonal/ HO.
Regular monitoring & review of individual productivity of the team members.
Ensure right- selling by all team members (if any) through regular training.
Give feedback to the product team on market trends and competitor knowledge.
Should have an eye for detail.
Should be having a pleasing & smart personality.
Sound Interpersonal skills, good networking in the industry.
Excellent Relationship Management Skills.
Ability to motivate and manage team/People Management.
Market knowledge / extensively networked.
Negotiation Skills
