BUSINESS UNIT/CHANNEL: EMPLOYEE BENEFITS.
REPORTING TO: HOD-EMPLOYEE-BENEFITS .
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
To collect premium and funds under Gratuity/ Leave encashment and enhance AUM via B2B sales of fund based insurance solutions offered in EB-segment
JOB SUMMARY:
The incumbent will be overall responsible for the sales and strategic relationship management of accounts. The person will be responsible to drive sales numbers and strategic partner specific initiatives, identifying and understanding needs like gratuity valuation/leave encashment schemes and floating proposals with targeted cooperates. The core purpose being collection of premium and funds under EB solutions.
KEY RESULT CRITERIA:
- Liasoning with HR-Treasuries-CFO-Trustees of targeted corporates.
- Meeting Sales targets and enrolling new corporates.
- Participating in RFPs/Tenders related to EB.
- Enrollment of Brokers/CA and pointers/referrals.
- Proper expansion of business as per agreed plan.
- Clear agreement on give and get equation.
- Nurture and strengthen the relationship.
- Ensure quality of business
- Streamline workflows
- Predefined training inputs in sales and service.
- Appropriate MIS
- Audit process
KEY CUSTOMERS: (Internal and/or external)
- HR-Treasuries-CFO-Trustees.
- Underwriters.
- Business Head/Sales Head.
