- Leading a team of managers (12+) covering 1 region with a delivery partner strength of 2-2.5k+ delivering last mile capacity
- Delivery Partner planning during BAU & Sale events
- Meet & exceed performance delivery metrics
- Drive key customer-centric metrics to drive customer experience
- Design and manage new initiatives & process improvements in the operations
- Create a robust process to manage delivery partner queries & concerns
- Escalate issues that have organizational impact
- Develop the team & create a contingency plan
- Ensure SOPs are being followed consistently
- Create a Governance & Review framework to drive performance
- Conduct performance appraisals & performance management
- High level of travel within the region to meet teams & solve issues
What you'll need:
- MBA from a premier institute with 4+ years of relevant industry exposure
- Managed large field/salesforce directly/indirectly
- Good knowledge of excel & powerpoint
- Good communication skills (Written &Verbal). Minimum languages - English + Regional Language
- Ability to present solutions by writing word docs or through ppt presentations
- Deep dive & identify root cause of issues
- Analytical ability & should be able to interpret data effectively
- Graduate with overall work experience of 8+ years with min 3+ years in logistics
- Minimum of 2+ years managing a large team with national presence
