Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Achieving the Yearly Set Target.

2. Ensuring consistent Order Booking.

3. Ensuring the Profitability as per the Management Norms.

4. Responsible for Payment Collection as per the KPI agreed.

5. Forecasting the Orders with 75% Accuracy for Inventory Management to the Sales Head.

6. Guide, Motivate and Support subordinates for achieving their set targets.

7. Timely Submission of MIS

8. Promote Climaveneta Products by meeting with HVAC Consultants & Architect

9. SPEC IN of Climaveneta Chiller/Data Center Offerings with suitable PFB in Tenders

10. Cold Call with customers/PMCs/Data Center Integrators and get enquiries from the market

11. Analyze customer needs and provide suitable alternate solutions using Climaveneta products/Service

12. Preparation of the offer/Technical Data Sheet and sent to customer with in the specified time period

13. Periodically follow up with customers/contractors on the proposals submitted

14. Attending the techno-commercial meeting with the customers on the submitted proposal

15. Arranging the customer visits to our existing sites & factory to build their confidence levels

16. Prepare & get approval on the technical Submittal from customer & Consultant

17. Informing the status of the Projects to reduce delay of Dispatching the finished Products.

18. Coordination with Project & service team on the site related activities

19. Gather and analyze market information, competitive strategies, innovation and other business conditions, which would impact Climaveneta business

20. Identify new applications for existing & upcoming opportunities for newly developed products

21. Working toward the task assigned by the management in the task bonus sheet

Qualification & Skills :

- BE/B.Tech with minimum 10+ years of experience in handling B2C in Institutional sales.

- Good Communication and Presentation skills

- Should have sound knowledge about Central Air Conditioning system and products

- Must be a good user of Microsoft office.
