Senior Regional Manager - Human Resources - IT

We are looking for a dynamic professional, with below expectations:

- Master's degree, preferably in HR discipline.

- 12+ years of experience of working in an HR generalist role in sizable companies / from MNC background.

- Understanding of Core HR Processes like Performance Management, Career Development, Compensation Revision, Employee Engagement and Retention, Reward & Recognition and Talent Management and Succession Planning.

- Demonstrated experience of managing end to end lifecycle on HRMS tool, hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors an advantage.

- Exposure of working with companies operating in multiple geos.

- Assertive, strong attention to detail and highly organized.

- Ability to communicate across all levels of leadership and able to partner with internal stakeholders with diversified culture.

- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships effectively and quickly with both internal and external stakeholders.
