Role : Sr. Regional Head - Retail Broking - DELHI ( North india )/ KOLKATA/ Chandigarh/ Bangalore

Qualification : MBA ( Finance ) or CA

Exp Range : 10+ years

Job Description :

- The role involves leading the existing team at regional level. Should be number driven, ability to expand the business and lead the team efficiently. Should have Over all understanding of brokerage business. Need to work with internal and third-party stakeholders.

- 10+ years of experience connected to the Retail Brokerage community with existing contacts Need to Identify and build relationships with key decision makers at targeted brokerage firms, including Wealth Management Divisions, with a strong focus on adding new firms to our distribution network

- Offer in-depth knowledge and understanding of futures, options, and derivatives

- Develop and execute the strategy to better serve individual member trading community

- Strong understanding of the ecosystem and clients of the retail market individual traders, brokers, competitors, influencers

- Experience in managing branches across the country.

- Ability to manage the group P&L.

- To lead the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the branches.

- Identification and management of business Hubs and Channel partners.
