Job Description:

- This would be done through an in-depth understanding of the business. Strong Recruitment experience.

- Stakeholder Management

- People Management - as a manager of managers, will be responsible for leading a large team of recruiting managers, recruiters etc.

- Build and develop a high performing recruiting framework that can support aggressive business plans.

- Develop a long term vision for the recruiting team in India which would be in alignment with the global recruiting tenets.
