Senior Recruitment Manager - BFS - North & East

We are currently scouting for a senior Leader to head the PERM BFSI business for North & East Region

Location - Delhi

- Conceptualize and implement recruitment strategies with team to achieve recruitment targets and enhance service delivery

- Will be responsible to drive the business targets for the team.

- Drive the business by acquiring new clients and developing the existing key relationships.

- Business Continuity Planning to ensure Recurring Revenues

- Adherence to internal and client processes

- Strong People Development and Team Mentoring

- Build excellent Client and Candidate network

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience minimum - 8 years and should be in a similar role.

- Ability to lead team

- Interpersonal & communication skills

- Proactive approach to work
