Summary: The role involves all the Leadership hiring in the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Source relevant and quality profiles of senior level candidates

- Describe position summary and attract the right talent for face to face round with management

- Negotiate and follow-ups with selected candidates till joining

- On boarding process

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Essential:

- At least 8-12 years of professional experience

- Proven leadership, with the ability to strategies, negotiates, and influence.

- Strong Management skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills, with both technical and functional

Desirable:

- Should be extremely good into network building
