Role responsibility -
- Search candidates from various sources
- Actively involved in getting new clients/business acquisitions for the team
- Screening candidates for a live job, (Involves understanding the candidate's profile, their motivations, skills set, branding our client etc)
- Coordinate with the client and candidate on interviews
- Gather market information from both client and candidate
- Manage candidate during the notice period and ensure they are successfully on-boarded
- Market mapping and headhunting
- They may be required to be involved in market research from time to time
- Business Development & building relationship with existing clients
