Senior Recruitment Consultant - Lateral Hiring - BPO

We are currently scouting for recruitment specialist for our Bangalore team having exposure to lateral hiring in BPO industry

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling end to end recruitment assignments for various clients

Analyzing and understanding client's requirements

Network with Middle & Senior Level Candidates

Interview and Assess best candidates based on the requirement

Identify candidates through conventional & innovative sourcing methods

Knowledge of market & industry mapping

Client Relationship Management

Revenue Target planning towards achievement

Desired Skills & Experience

4 to 6 yrs of recruitment experience in lateral hiring for BPO clients

Should be smart, assertive, logical and achievement oriented
