US Staffing - Senior Recruiters and Team Leads

The Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the recruitment process in order to provide quality service to Large & small and medium sized clients through the effective selection and placement of candidates for client vacancies. This will involve full cycle recruiting (which includes managing the hiring process from start to finish). The Recruiter will manage a full cycle desk to include skill marketing their talent, generating new job orders and becoming trusted advisors within the skill set they support Client.

Responsibilities:

- Retains key clients and maximizes placement opportunities within their business

- Manages existing client relationships to deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience

- Develops client relationships and creates new business opportunities with Co's clients within a targeted market

- Maintains regular contact with existing clients to ensure full business potential is realized

- Makes key skill selling calls to introduce permanent candidates to existing or prospect clients

- Actively listen to clients' needs and assess situation to offer the best Manpower product/service and overall solution

- Able to determine client needs whether contingent labor, permanent placement or another service offering

- Discovers the extent and nature of competitor use and places candidates in these areas

- Provides clients with updates and summaries of recruiting process and activity

- Works with the client to determine best fit candidates, coordinate interviews, receive timely feedback and present/manage offers

- Addresses any problems as they occur, working with the client to identify possible solutions and implements them quickly People Leadership

- Develops and maintains good relationships with core candidates to maintain loyalty and Provide feedback on performance and attendance when necessary and connect associates to training to increase skills. Thought Leadership

- Leveraging community activities and relationships in order to elevate our brand and trusted advisor status within your vertical

- Focus on anticipating future dynamics of the market within your vertical Day-to-Day

- Acquire a thorough understanding of the required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants while qualifying the job order. Identify and submit qualified candidates to Client Hiring Managers based on the provided job description.

- Skill markets candidates to prospects and clients to create new weekly orders for temporary and permanent placement.

- Create a vertical recruitment strategy utilizing social media, job boards and community relationships

- Identifies placeable candidates through qualifying techniques and skill assessment testing

- Manages candidate offer negotiation process

- Prioritize job orders effectively to meet revenue targets.

- Creates and implements candidate attraction campaigns/plans aligned with the retail business direction of the branch to ensure a consistent and plentiful database of qualified candidates

- Proactively recruits passive candidates through networks, associations, social media, and other viable sources.

- Interviews candidates to establish strengths, skill experience and requirements

- Creates and uses behavioral interviewing techniques in screening and qualifying candidates

- Conducts and evaluates skill or personality assessments

- Accurately interprets client talent specifications and identifies applicants through effective job matching

- Provides face-to-face pre-interview advice to candidates

- Presents offers and conducts offer negotiations with candidates

- Follows up on all placements to ensure retention of fee

- Produces realistic timetables and targets for own achievements and regularly communicates progress/problems with Market Manager

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. A minimum of 7-15 years of experience in US Staffing as Recruiter is Must & Well versed with US recruitment operations.

2. Good knowledge about US Geography.

3. Aggressive, go-getter, positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills along with excellent rapport building skills are the traits for the right candidate

4. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, think proactively, and problem solving skills.

Has a passion for recruitments

5. Should have excellent understanding of all the US tax terms.

6. Should be experienced and comfortable working on W2 roles.

7. Should have good understanding of technical requirements.

8. Proven proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/Word

9. Strong work ethic and sense of commitment

10. Ambitious, competitive and passion to succeed.

11. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
