Ideal candidature : - 10 to 12 YEARS OF OVERALL EXPERIENCE and 5-6 years of specific experience in Lateral Leadership Hiring in U.S Healthcare. - We are scouting for a lateral talent sourcing specialist for our lateral hiring team. - As part of this role the candidate will be responsible for working closely with organization Leadership, in building a talent pipeline for M5+ levels across the Organization. Objectives and Responsibilities of Recruiter/Sr recruiter : - Responsible for End-to-End recruitment for Leadership Hiring (US healthcare) - Source candidates through a combination of channels including, job portals, headhunting, referrals, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), online groups, forums, communities, etc. - Expert in sourcing, screening, cold calling, head hunting, delivering recruitment pitch, interviewing, internal parity & benchmarking, offer negotiation, and pre on boarding & on boarding - Managing the Requisition Journey - through the recruitment life cycle. - From defining recruitment strategy, recruitment strategy discussion, formalizing interview questions, defining an ideal candidate profile, competitor benchmarking & market insight, sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling, candidate selection, compensation benchmarking/internal parity & negotiations, offer closure, candidate cap calls & pre-onboarding. - Awareness of ATS or Recruitment Systems and Processes.
