We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for hiring top talent to meet the needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology industry and possess strong recruiting and networking skills. They should be able to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Build and maintain a strong network of technical professionals and industry contacts for future hiring needs.

- Manage the entire recruitment process, including interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.

- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Deep understanding of technical roles and proficiency in evaluating technical skills and qualifications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build

relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and

meet deadlines.

- Ability to work independently and proactively, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
