Senior Recruiter - Non IT and Corporate hiring - Quantified HR is growing steadily and quickly. During the past few years we have grown at a CAGR of 35% and the trajectory continues to look favourable. - We are now growing the Non IT practice and looking to on board seasoned recruiters. This is a work from home opportunity. - The recruiter must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in sourcing and screening for mid and senior level roles. Should have a good understanding of how to leverage various sourcing channels and identify suitable candidates. - This role is an individual contributor role and the Senior recruiter shall manage the E2E process. - Must have good communication skills and should be very diligent in their work style such that they can program manage multiple mandates. - This role comes with aggressive revenue targets but also offers commensurate earnings for every mandate closed. Candidates must be willing to join within a short period of time.
