KRAs
- To manage the entire recruitment cycle for IT / Technical hiring.
- Independently manage vendors and develop this channel
- Should be adept in hiring huge numbers like 100-200 in a financial year
- Should be very well versed in Technical hiring
- Should be adept in managing the internal clients independently
Please note that we are looking for those who have experience only in IT / Technology hiring . The candidate should hold strong leadership and people management skills.
