Your responsibilities -&nbsp; - Developing recruitment strategies for all open positions and innovating in sourcing channels in accordance with the need of business via careers page, job boards, vendors, employee referrals etc - Competency &amp; talent mapping for different open roles across business functions - Developing a strong working relationship with team members, hiring managers &amp; vendors to build a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility - Keeping a steady flow of qualified candidates for all open positions assigned - Driving recruitment analytics across the organization in different business functions - Keeping team members motivated and their level of performance high Apply if - You have a Bachelors/Masters degree from a premium school - You have 3-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 1.5 years of exp in startups - You have led a team of recruiters for at least 1 - 2 years, preferably in FMCG - You have worked on both mid-level and senior roles - You have a proven track record of building successful well-balanced teams
