Urgent Opening for a Senior Recruiter - Volume Hiring with an American multinational financial and retail technology company.
Role Type: Permanent - Full Time
Location: Onsite: Madhapur Hyderabad
Experience: 5-8 Years of experience in Bulk/Volume hiring for BPO/ITES Industry (Mandatory)
Please Note: This is an RPO Model, wherein you would be a permanent employee with Flexability, and you would be deployed to the client location (Not a contract role)
Key Accountabilities:
- Building a robust pipeline of resumes to ensure the productivity of N offers a month
- Ensuring that activities are conducted within the ATS as appropriate, that data accuracy and quality is maintained through all processes, and that it accurately reflects the status of all activity
- Source (identify) active candidates where required, utilizing different channels (e.g. client database, job board databases)
- Upon application, screen candidate applications for initial suitability
- Build and develop talent pools of qualified candidates (prior to application or post application as directed)
- Maintain agreed service levels and targets.
- Managing Client and Stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Experience in candidate selection or recruitment with an understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
- Experience of working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS, CRM) and maintaining a high level of data integrity
- Good written and spoken English language skills plus other languages as appropriate to the client-specific requirements
- Experience of utilising various candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
- Experience in Boolean Search / X-ray search etc. will be preferred
