Senior Quant Trader/Research - High Frequency Trader - BFSI

We are looking forward for a suitable candidate for the position of Sr. Quantitative Research and Trader role for Indian and International Markets.

Position - Sr. Quant Trader / Research

Job Location - Mumbai

JD-

- Providing timely guidance on research/trading to team members

- Analyzing tick-by-tick data to generate trading hypotheses

- Researching on market micro structures to develop HFT trading strategies

- Ensuring development of the algorithms on the trading platform

- Real time monitoring/ adjustment of strategy parameters to ensure optimal execution

- Doing post trade analytics to measure the strategy/system performance on a daily basis

Eligibility - 4-5 years. in Capital Markets (2-3 years Experience in HFT research-preferable)

Functional Competencies

- Strong Statistical/Quantitative Analytical skills

- Understanding of the Market

- Programming skills (C/JAVA/C sharp, etc.)

- Ability to use scripting languages like R/MATLAB/Python
