Senior Quality Lead - ITIL/IT Infrastructure/SIP

We are looking for Sr. Quality Lead who will be responsible for service quality . Looking for Person who is ready to move to Bangalore location. Candidate should have experience in ITSM and ISMS (ISO 20K and ISO 27K)

Urgent Position, looking for person who can join immediate. Base location will be Bangalore.

Job Purpose:-

1. Process Definition: Definition of any new process and updating existing processes

2. Process Audits: Definition, Planning, Conducting and Reporting on Process Audits

3. Metrics and Measurement: Definition of metrics, setting up measurement mechanism, measuring and reporting them at defined frequency

4. Knowledge Sharing: Creating, sharing and training on standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all the work activities carried out

5. Service Improvements: Analyze performance of processes, understand process owners pain points, Identify and implement process and service delivery performance improvement and/or cost reduction through SIPs

6. Self & Team Development: Enabling self and reportees proactively initiate training needs identification to upgrade skills/competencies and complete the identified trainings/certifications

7. Integrity & Compliance: Microland and Customer Policy adherence

8. ISO 20000 (ITSM) - Auditing standards, implementation, controls, experts on external

9. Core IT Infrastructure domain

10. Work experience on Application, audit standards

11. Project handled on Green Belt & Black belt

Salary offered: 12 - 15 LPA
