Senior Quality Auditor/Internal Audit - CA - BFSI/KPO

Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5 to 6 year experience in Quality / Internal Audit functions.

- Know-how relating to quality management systems and audit. Key competencies include analytical skills, problem solving, communication skills and business expertise.

- Carry out Quality Audit of FBS processes by assessing controls and analysing data and drawing conclusions about the adequacy of quality risk management framework.

- Review the design and operating efficiency of the quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with the expected quality levels.

- Presents quality audit findings to senior management. Generates audit reports, tracks corrective actions to completion and validates actions taken adequately address documented findings.

- Lead, conduct and assist in carrying out quality audit of Financial Business Solutions (FBS) processes that will provide reasonable assurance to Management regarding the adequacy and effectiveness of the quality risk management and quality framework operating within FBS.

- To improve the control environment and processes by reviewing the control environment and processes through agreeing viable recommendations with the process owners.
