Senior Project Manager/Program Manager - Sales Applications Development - FMCG

Our client is part of one of the largest conglomerates in India and are setting up a new FMCG organization with a large investment in play. IT and Digital will play an important role in their growth.

They are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager - Focusing on Sales Applications for the organization in Mumbai.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- To Design , Develop and Run IT Applications specific to cover the Front End Sales Processes

- Develop, Acquire, customize Applications related to Dealer Portal, Secondary sales, Sales Analytics etc

- Develop KPI's for development of the applications in the areas of Sales (B2B as well as B2B2C business).

- Custom build and maintain integration points with Data Analytics Platform, reporting platforms and other 3P software.

- To Design, Develop / Acquire , customize applications that are not covered by Standard applications like ERP, SCM

- Custom build and maintain integration points with Data Analytics Platform, reporting platforms and other 3P software.

The ideal fit would be a candidate with:

- BE / MBA preferred

- 10+ yrs of exp in Custom Development

- Must have good experience on Sales Applications like Dealer Management, Field Force Apps, B2B & B2B2C Sales

- Must have some exposure to apps like Botree, Newspage, BIZOM and similar

- Have excellent SDLC - Agile experience

- Have excellent experience on Java, .NET and Android applications

- Have great experience in stake-holder management, relationship & Team Management

- Have experience in Delivering multiple complex applications simultaneously

- Great communication skills

- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai
