Position:

Senior Project Manager-Payment System/ Credit Card/ Switching Applications (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role:

- Lead the team and be responsible for the analysis, specification, configuration, testing, and project management of projects

- Will work on approximately 5 active projects simultaneously depending on size

- Work with the project team to ensure the best possible solution is designed to meet the client needs

- Manage and deliver projects across areas like transaction switching/ transaction processing/ payment settlement/ payment gateway applications and integrations

- Own the projects delivery execution from a technical, business and operational perspective

- Work alongside Product Managers/Analyststo define project scope, understanding stakeholder and customer needs, to deliver initiatives

- Being accountable for delivery of the overall results of the project.

- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders (internal/external, vendor, client, etc.).

- Develop and maintain the knowledge of Electronic Funds Transfer related trends and issues. Actively research information on Industry changes and announcements

- Ensures project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed

Requirements:

- BE/ BTech/ MCA/ MBA

- 8+ years of project management experience including management of major projects, in a large operating environment. PMP preferred

- Strong communicator with expert project management experience in Payments & Cards Acquiring technologies

- Should have a track record in large-scale integration projects

- Experience on payments technology projects essential

- Experience working on various payment methods like credit card, SEPA, Electronic Check, Alternate payments like Paypal, Alipay etc

- Experience in payment messages such as AS 2805, ISO 8583, ISO 20022, APACS and scheme formats etc.

- Experience in terminal integrations and protocols, end-to-end reconciliation

- Experience in security technologies like digital signature, hashes, encryption etc.

- Technical experience in Java/MS technologies, API (SOAP & Rest) and Web Development

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

- Proficient in Microsoft Project and or Microsoft Project Server

- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

- Proven success in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, agile and dynamic environment

- Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments is a must
