Senior Project Manager - Media

Essential Job Functions:

- Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.

- Manage website development projects with top to bottom oversight.

- Develop project plans to meet deadlines and client expectations.

- Working across teams from Design to Development and effectively communicate the task at hand.

- Should be able to manage coordination for daily tasks and timelines with every project team member.

- Experience of working on Adobe tools - Photoshop, Illustrator, XD etc.

- Basic HTML knowledge. To be able to brief the teams and highlight any challenges.

- Basic knowledge of website tech - programming language, libraries, database, CMS, servers, API, Frameworks etc. (to be able to recommend to the teams).

- Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.

- Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the industry and in general. Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage.

- Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly.

- Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product.

- Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.

- Assess and address technical risks.

- Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.

- Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.

- Use database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.

- Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.

- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.

- Understanding the product features, usage, workflows and build product/domain knowledge in the short to medium term

- Ability to assimilate the existing features and requirements of the complex, large scale platform

- Excellent communication skills to translate and communicate the feature requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

- 8 to 10 years of experience

- Experienced in working in agile environments

- Good Product Company Experience

- Good College/University
