Senior Project Manager - Lending Domain

- 15+ years total exp and in the BFSI sector with a minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the role

- Experience in lending processes, with a focus on Retail and/or SME credit lending products

- Flexibility and ability to work on multiple projects at once, being able to revise, if necessary, fixed priorities, work under time pressure when needed;

- Capability to gain respect, build trust, and develop good relationships with clients at the operational management level;

- Entrepreneurial approach, results orientation. Very strong problem-solving skills

- Fluent knowledge of English language

- Experience in working/implementation of Digital Lending solutions (Loan origination Systems, Loan Management, Collection management systems, Underwriting tool)

- Experience in handling projects involving technology, products and working/managing tech team is a plus

- 5 yrs minimum (ratio should be 30% technical and 70% functional)
