Senior Project Manager - IT

Hiring for an Indo-German technology consultancy based out in Pune

About Role :

- More than 9+ years of experience in working with international customer teams and technical teams to define, analyze, and, work through requirements definition, technical design, implementation, builds, and deployment

- Adhere to JAVA coding conventions and standards

- Strong target orientation and project execution skills

- Should possess strong professional expertise and management skills with the ability to make decisions

- Experience in client relationship management, project coordination and delivery management in an onsite-offshore model

- Proven experience in planning, execution and implementation of high quality software projects

- Oversee daily activities of delivery team, provide direction and guidance as needed

- Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements

- Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence

- Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs

- Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns

- Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals

- Perform customer negotiations for delivery rates

- Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving

- Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations

- Develop scope and budget for delivery projects

- Hands-on experience in Coding.

- Experience in directly dealing with Clients.

- Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentations
