Senior Project Manager - IT

- Technical Project Leadership - Understand cloud operations at scale, understand cloud architecture and technologies (network, infrastructure, security); be able to communicate, understand issues and dependencies, mitigate conflicts and risks to keep the project plan on track.

- Ongoing Service Operation - Support service SLAs, monitor metrics and provide reports on an ongoing basis

- Proactive identification and resolution of issues & risks that may negatively impact a project or project deliverables; seek and implement innovative ways to remove project obstacles

- Process Management and Improvement - Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project Management

- Team and Cross-Team Management - Assist in team development while holding teams and team members accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; mentoring and developing team members. Provide regular and timely feedback to team members
