Senior Project Manager - End User Computing

Our client is one of the world's largest providers of financial services, a leading provider of investment management, brokerage, retirement planning etc.

Looking for a Senior Project Manager for leading End User Computing Services for all its operations in India.

The role will be responsible for :

- Leading the regional support teams to manage the end user operations which includes PC, HVD, Mobile, software, printing, VC, IT asset management, data and voice support etc.

- Defining over all approach for end user support and building strong relationships with business partners including senior level stake holders.

- Monitor service level targets for incidents and service requests related to end user support and define service improvement plans as needed.

- Provide support to users in case of issues and service requests, through the regional support teams.

Candidate Description :

- Technically strong in all areas of end user computing as well as supporting technologies.

- Demonstrated experience in managing level 2 and 3 teams that support end users.

- Background in multimedia and video conferencing support.

- Experience in building high performance teams.

- Experience in driving change and encouraging innovation.

- Experience in product development, and/or project management.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other discipline.

- 14+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years in managerial roles.
