Senior Project Manager - Electromechanical

A leading product based MNC seeking candidates for the following role:

Position : Sr. Project Manager

Reporting to: Head of Integrated Program Management

Location: Gurgaon

Job description :

Responsible for managing electromechanical new product development projects with focus on schedule, communication, cost and quality. Complete ownership and responsibility pf successfully executing the projects and ensuring quality in all aspects of the project management.

Qualification :

- Bachelor or Master's degree in a related engineering discipline (mechanical or electronics engineering or electrical engineering)

- Total 17 to 20 years with 2 to 3 years of experience in leading a new product development project as technical project lead or as project manager.

- Minimum should have worked in one project cycle from concept phase to transfer till production.

- Good working knowledge of project management methods PMI or Prince2. Certification is not mandatory but would be of advantage.

- Working experience in a multinational company in project management and or Product development environment.

- Good expertise in planning and managing schedule and risks.

- Team player and good coordination skills working with development team.

- Good communication & interpersonal skills

- Good Influencing skill in getting work done.
