Senior Project Manager - Construction/Retail

Senior Project Manager (Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai)

Looking for project managers with Prior experience in construction domain, Retail experience is a plus.

Desired Candidate profile :

1. Minimum 6+ years experience in operations with graduate degree and good academic background.

2. Hands on experience in construction domain, preferably retail fit-outs.

3. Process oriented professional with leadership skills.

4. Experience of leading teams which are 10+ in size.

5. If you are a start-up founder or part of the core team in a start-up, you are welcome.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Vendor & Channel Partnerships in key geographies

2. Setting up KPIs for your subordinate and productivity improvement.

3. Procurement Tie-ups with OEMs

4. BOQ & Estimate preparation & supervision

5. Supervision & continuous training of Operations Managers & executives

6. Support to BD & Client servicing team in terms of Estimates, proposals & Execution TATs

7. Project tracking, ensuring TAT, identifying roadblocks & quick resolutions.
