Senior Project Manager - BPO (3-10 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Minimum 3 years experience in managing International Call center specific for Market Research Studies
2. Experienced in Voice Call processes; exposure to Secondary research will be a bonus.
3. Should have managed a call center team with minimum 50 callers.
4. Exposure to North America is Mandatory; Exposure to South East Asia, Europe and South America would be preferable
5. Willing to work during US Time
6. Should have worked on various platforms
7. Should have excellent management skills and ability to handle virtual staff training, induction and operations
8. Experience in Confirmit platform
