Senior Program Manager - Sales Enablement (10-16 yrs)

- Ability to craft clear, concise and compelling storylines from a 'fuzzy' front end by clarifying client needs and aligning a strategic plan from a broad range of alternatives
- Strong understanding of customer experience marketplace including BPO competitors, technologies and pricing strategies
- Creative storyteller with experience in both written and visual formats and ideas on how to represent B2B proposals leveraging advanced technology (eg. Adobe XD, Prezi)
- Professional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex proposals into value propositions and write with brevity and impact
- Ability to energize, mobilize, influence, and build accountability by effectively communicating vision, and fostering productive and supportive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Talent to execute - get things done. Possess a keen ability to process information and formulate recommendations that are aligned with business objectives.
- Must be an excellent team player; possessing the ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationships and gain the respect of members of the cross-functional teams.
- Well-organized with attention to details and possess an astute sense of how to match such details to the big picture.
- Have an analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills.
