1. Assistance in Finance & Operations Management. CEO Assistance in Business & Budget Plans.

2. Assistance in Strategy Implementations with defined goal posts.

3. Assistance in Task Management and monitoring with precise reporting from SBU Heads and Department Heads

4. Monthly achievement report Presentation & Reporting of numbers with its implications to CEO

5. Leading the business review meeting to be presented by CEOs & Directors to CEO and review panel.

6. All Important Correspondence for CEO

7. Office Assistance to Finance & Audit Directors Treasury report assistance & follow up Financial Report & Data managing at CEO level Making presentations for CEO to be presented for stakeholders & Bankers Authorizations approval on behalf of

8. CEO Confidential data & record management Organizing Governing Council Meeting Making agenda & minutes of Governing Council meet Town hall meeting preparations for CEO on Business updates Approval on news to be printed in internal newspaper on behalf of CEO

9. Media Co-ordinations for CEO

10. Cash management at CEO

11. Assistance in Taxation Assistance

12. Circulating Important updates to all the employee time to time as required by the CEO
