Senior Program Manager

- Leading program management teams in delivering business and transformation initiatives in a variety of challenging environments.

- Driving and coaching Agile delivery principles and process (most notably SCRUM) and facilitate all project ceremonies.

- Working closely with technical- and analytical leads, own delivery, managing project scope, budget, and timelines.

- Supporting and enabling high-performing teams.

- Managing stakeholder expectations, facilitating communication sessions and relationships.

- Monitoring and facilitating the resolution of project risks, dependencies, and issues.

- Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the project plan and project governance arrangements.

- Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects.

- Managing risks to the project's successful outcome.

- Understanding how different projects interlink and overlap.

- Ensuring relevant standards, process and regulations are upheld.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

You'll need to have:

- 12-16 years of relevant work experience.

- Experience in implementing projects in a delivery approach.

- Experience in Consulting in IT implementation at scale, experience in program delivery on complex enterprise projects. Preferable exposure to multi-geographic set up.

- Experience in working in a matrix set up with cross-functional teams and leaders to manage program lifecycle.

- Experience in driving large scale transformation, capability to navigate through complexities of change.

- Knowledge of project management techniques and methods.

- Knowledge of productivity and program management tools/software-eg. Jira, Confluence / Clarity, Gsuite, slack , etc.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

- Program management/ ITIL certifications.

- Leadership traits, involves- Adaptable, Strategic, Execution and Result focus, Purpose driven, go getter, self-initiatives to identify and solve for effectiveness and efficiency.

- Strong ability in executive communication, ability to manage risks.

- Experience as an Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master.

- Certification- PMI/Prince2 Certification, PMBOK, Agile / Scrum Certification.
