1) Formulating & driving the sales incentive program & sales contests in collaboration with vertical heads. Reduce attrition through wider incentive distribution & sales force engagement.
2) Identifying capability needs & partnering with L&D to ensure timely role based capability building initiatives
3) Drive efficiency upside through adoption of tech tools & efficient deployment of the sales management process
4) Manage associated marketing communication, development, placement & use of collaterals
