What will you be doing?

- As the Sr Program Manager for the Working Professional Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role in driving business targets and outcomes. Your primary focus will be on maximizing revenue through acquisition channels like Referral, low cost acquisition channels, etc. You will be responsible for developing and executing new strategies to ensure the achievement of targeted revenues across the Business unit.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective strategies of Lead acquisition, communication and execution of strategic initiatives to achieve new sources of revenue.

- Conduct data-driven analysis to support and execute strategies to meet and exceed aligned Revenue targets.

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expansion and growth.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns and initiatives.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance revenue streams.

- Align all stakeholder functions & work closely across verticals to execute & deliver projects.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of business against established KPIs.

- Implement corrective measures as needed to ensure KPIs are met.

- Structured reporting on implemented growth strategies, including key performance indicators, outcomes, and insights derived.

What are we looking for?

- Minimum experience of 3-4 years in sales & growth management.

- Proven Track Record of demonstrating a clear and successful track record of significantly increasing revenues in a similar business environment, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry.

- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA Degree preferred.

- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Growth mindset with an appetite to learn quickly.

- Desire to work in a high-growth startup environment.

Languages Known - Very Good Proficiency in English & Hindi is expected
