Our client multinational corporation (MNC) is looking for a Female Senior Program Manager to work with CXO team directly.
Responsibilities :
- Assess the overall landscape of the key initiatives, programs, festivals in the field of arts and culture, theatre, Cinema, fashion etc.
- To be proactive in monitoring current events and trends, scout for new opportunities and provide an overall strategy to broaden professional graph.
- Plan and manage all relationships with stakeholders across key cultural societies/ Centers, media houses.
- Identify key events, programs of value and ensure a strong presence and promotion of Group at these high profile events.
- Produce content for various public engagements and events.
- Responsible for setting up a social media account and managing content that is engaging.
- Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.
- Analyzing media coverage.
- As a representative, carry out image building exercises on behalf of the stakeholders and manage communications on an ongoing basis.
- To draw up and manage the budget
- Manage and propose initial strategies for future projects and conduct due diligence
Requirements :
- Should be a self-starter and have the ability to think outside the box
- Demonstrated ability to generate and present well-considered ideas and solutions
- Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills
- Should have the ability to work well with multiple teams
- Prior experience in branding & communications, public relations will be added advantage
- Digital media skills, such as graphic design, video editing and blog administration.
- Social media management experience.
