Opportunity for Senior Program Manager-Customer Returns - With Top eCommerce Company.

- Must have 2 Years - 8 Years of experience in any Customer Service.

- Must have minimum 2 Years - 4 Years of relevant experience in Project Management, Program Management, Analytics, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management.

- Strong analytical and data gathering skills, including the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights

- MBA or Master's degree in a related field from premier B School Preferred.

- Must be flexible for Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts).

- Must be flexible for relocation to Bangalore.

- Must be only from Corporates, BPO industry or eCommerce Company.
