This role will own the complete end-to-end- conceptualization, business model development, launch, sustenance and growth - of multiple programs (new and existing) within the IHS(IHaveSpaceprogram) channel. The key responsibilities of the role will be: (a) Work closely with multiple stakeholders - Business, Other Last Mile Program and Operations teams, Finance, Legal, other internal / external stakeholders, and leadership teams to define, set-up and sustain the existing processes. (b) Work with Zonal teams to ensure existing network is maintained in good health with best in class experience (channel, stores and partner experience) (c) Plan network expansion strategy with all stakeholders (d) Work with other business managers to incorporate necessary changes in the product and business process. (e) Model and plan the right incentive structure to encourage and drive positive behavior. Monitor adoption, fraud and put in place long term mechanisms to ensure growth as per compliance and norms. (f) Define and monitor key metrics on programs and work with respective program teams to drive necessary action with field teams, business and leadership teams, to achieve goals. (g) Own the business reporting of the LM execution and goals through WBR / MBR / QBRs
