Senior Program Manager - Automotive

A successful candidate :

- Will obsess over customers to identify opportunity areas/gaps in the current offerings to create moments of delights for our customers.

- It is a hands-on and motivated self-starter who's passionate about using technology and data to create new customer experiences, measure every area of the projects, drive efficiencies, optimizations and influence decision-making.

- Will drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, have excellent project-management skills, and be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

- It is a people's person and is comfortable working in cross-functional teams and with external partners.

- Is comfortable working with senior leaders to present strategies, review pilots and escalate/discuss key issues whenever needed.

- Is comfortable working independently, enjoy having a wide range of responsibilities and thrive on solving challenging problems in ambiguous environments that may require brand new solutions to be created.

- Must demonstrate a superior track record for execution, creative problem solving, strategic thinking, and successful in all phases of project management.
