Senior Professional - HR Transformation - Management Consulting

Our client is a renowned global north American management consulting firm having multiple advisory practices. They have recently started a Organization Design & Effectiveness practice which advises CEO's and Business leaders on Strategy with a particular focus on design of organization structures, M&A and post integration effectiveness as well as work force planning. In this growing practice they are catering to markets in Asia, Pacific, Europe and Middle East.

Our client is looking to hire competent professionals with strong experience in strategy consulting with exposure to and an interest in areas of building organization effectiveness. In this fledgling practice they are looking to hire an experienced professionals who would supervise over a highly qualified team and would report to the practice head. The role would be responsible for converting prospective leads (there is a separate team for BD), client management and ensuring project delivery

Client Delivery :

- Basis the project deployment, ensure timely and quality delivery of project milestones

- Leads or supports client delivery meetings/ workshops/ reviews etc

- Support project management (PMO) of the ongoing projects and engage with clients directly whenever necessary

- Support in business development meetings with existing and prospect clients

- Candidate should have 8-12 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting and HR Transformation projects.

- Candidate would be responsible for Project Execution & Delivery.

- People Management experience is required.

- Candidate should have done projects with Indian & Middle-east Clients.
