Senior Products Leadership Role - Supply Chain - eCommerce

Opportunity to grow with a market leader in eCommerce space in Product Managerial role.

Product is a functional organisation in our Product division responsible for architecting supply chain disruption in India. It does so by building a strategic vision in terms of capabilities and help the company inch closer to the said vision through incremental milestones. Being market leaders in our zone, we believe in solving problems through technology with systemic intelligence as the end state and we want product to ensure that such a philosophy is carried through in every area of execution in the company.

To help achieve this objective, our product managers are expected to understand the domain very deeply. They are expected to be subject matter experts in their area which can help them shape the overall execution with stakeholders.

To successfully build a strategic vision, a key quality needed is horizontal thinking especially from customer point of view. We expect product managers to be customer obsessed and ability to build empathy. The customer could be an end-customer to our shopping platform, a seller who sells her product through our platform, a blue collar worker on the shop floor or a category manager in the company.

We are a growing company and hence we are still developing our processes around people, culture and operational cadence. We expect product to also help in ensuring we shape the right culture, build the right set of processes that structurally solve our organisational problems and ensure we maintain/improve our execution speed.
