Senior Production Manager - Tyre Business

- Develop manufacturing strategies and prepare Operating plans along with capacity planning - Developed blueprints for long-term capacity enhancement.

- Drive operational excellence initiatives in the plant through KAIZEN and improvement initiatives

- Responsible for delivering market requirement with Quality.

- Plan annual budget for the plant & control over it.

- Ensuring quality, cost, asset utilization, people initiatives and regulatory compliance.

- Set Unit objectives and KPIs for the plant and entire team.

- Ensure all statutory compliances.

- Follow SHE, Quality standards & guidelines while delivering the production targets.

- Ensure effective & controlled documentation system.

- Ensure ZERO consumers & customer complaints.

- Run plans and resolve bottlenecks in production.

- Ensured analysis of cost with respect to yearly targets .

- Implement performance based appraisal process and prepare development plans along with HR.

- Ensured training and development plan for staff and implement the same.

- Set up grievance redressal system, communication system with employees and built an environment of trust and ensure workman's participation in improvement of plant's performance.

- Review and ensure compliance to all statutory norms.

- Ensured process integrity by reviewing effectiveness and timely reporting.

- Thorough Knowledge of Manufacturing Cost, ER & IR, Compliance's, Continuous improvement, Safety Management, External Environment Management, Process Improvements/ Enhancements
