Role - Senior Product Manager Experience - 5-10 years, 5 years in TELECOM INDUSTRY Location - Bangalore Notice Period - 30 days Note - Looking for a candidate from a TELECOM Industry with minimum 5 years in TELECOM industry. Requirement : - Min. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; - 5-10 yrs. of IT experience with significant exposure to Telco Industry Practices, Products & Services; - Proven experience in a customer-focused techno-functional role; - Significant exposure in delivering multiple Telco Digital Transformations as a Business /Product Analyst. - Hands-on experience on various COTS or open source products & technologies, primarily around BSS domain; - Proven experience in Requirements mgmt. and Solution Design; - Expertise in authoring various Solution Design, Integration & Data Model artefacts; - Knowledge of Agile software development (Product Owner, SCRUM Master certification is plus); Project Management skills and good International experience - Support account teams to seek out, identify and develop business different markets - Analyse customer's BSS current situation and IT budget. Propose future desired architecture and develop appropriate business models for each case. - Identify customer's pain points, provide corresponding proposal with business case and technology solution. - Contribute on market insights and product roadmap management. Minimum Qualifications : - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. - At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Product Management - Experience in the telecom industry or knowledge of OSS/BSS - Familiar with Enterprise IT architecture, BSS/OSS solutions. Have in-depth knowledge in at least one of the following domains: - Digital Channels (eCommerce, Customer Experience) - Provisioning system - BSS/OSS - CRM & Order Management - Big data (Real-time Decision, Analytics) - Rating/Charging/Billing - Familiar with telecom business processes (Frameworx, eTOM, TAM). - Team worker, self-motivated and flexible to travel on business. - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. An interest in growing and sharing knowledge, with experience of training others.
