Senior Product Manager

Role & Responsibilities :

- Be the owner and leader for the product charter you own. Define the product roadmap and underlying strategies.

- Partner with stakeholders to frame right problem statements and come up with effective product solutions. Co own the business goals with the respective business teams.

- Backed by data, prioritize sharply to ensure significant business impact

- Conceptualize new product features, innovate, develop & monitor the scalable product development process

- Identify, analyze, define, and document detailed requirements to build product capabilities that solve business problems

- Work with the engineering team to drive the development of product capabilities. Guide the team as they execute projects that incrementally build towards the product vision.

- Communicate the progress to stakeholders. Drive user acceptance testing, post release training and adoption.

- Keen eye on business and customer experience metrics.

Ideal Candidate :

- BE/B. Tech/MBA from premier institutes with 4-6 years of experience.

- The ideal candidate is a highly independent self-starter with a strong product/tech background as well as hands-on ecommerce business knowledge.

- Ecommerce experience in building inventory procurement, vendor/contract management, financial reconciliation, supply chain product capabilities

- Motivation and commitment to deliver under tight time constraints.

- Proven experience of building top products in Internet/ecommerce companies.

- Strong understanding of product life cycle, product requirements definition, product management principles and agile methodologies.

- Proven track record in taking ownership, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong leadership and analytical skills

- Comfortable with start-up environment
