Position: Sr. Product Manager Experience: 12-16 years Key requirement: - Strong experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Analytics, Development Exposure - End to End Product Life-cycle Development Background - Built product with users base of 1 Lakhs or 5K+ customer accounts - Budgeting/Cost Management Required Skills: - At least 10 years in a product based companies - Experience leading a team of 4-5 product people - Worked with Development team of 20-50 resources - Should have 2-3 Product Manager level resources reporting to him/her - Experience of working with Customers & Sales teams - Developed SAAS solutions from Scratch or Transformed existing solutions to SAAS successfully. (Revenue of product, SAAS metrics) - Strong Experience of Agile or Agile Advocate. - Familiarity with Database Design - Tools used: JIRA, AHA, and Confluence or any product management tool - Experience with Salesforce technologies would be bonus
