Senior Product Manager
Objectives of this Role:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Drive the development and enhancement of conversational intelligence solutions for contact centers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Define and communicate the product roadmap to stakeholders.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends.
- Lead iterative development processes, making data-driven decisions for product enhancements.
Key Responsibilities: - Talk to Customers: Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points.
- Devise Product Strategy: Define long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision.
- Conceptualize New Solutions: Use a problem-first, data-driven, and test & iterate approach for product conceptualization.
- Launch Products: Execute go-to-market plans in collaboration with Product Marketing.
- Own Outcomes: Take ownership of product areas and measure progress through data and insights.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or in a related role.
- Experience in SaaS products, especially conversational intelligence solutions.
- Product Management experience for contact center solutions is preferred
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
